Roma weaves the sensual art of Bellydance with mudras, mantras, and moving meditation that invokes the Goddess to embody your precious vessel. Move hips and chest on the 3 dimensional plane (up/down, left/right, forward/back) using core isolation. Hypnotize and mesmerize in dance while being empowered by group connection. Bring water. Maha Shakti Namo Bio: Roma has been bellydancing professionally since 2007. She was director of the first and only all Tribal bellydance troupe on the Eastern Shore, Nomadic Magic, 2007-2011. She has appeared on stage with live bands at Renaissance festivals and other events. She is a certified yoga teacher and Thai bodyworker which gives her a solid foundation of body knowledge. She is rooted in Tantra Buddhism linked to the Divine Feminine Dakhini. Her classes build confidence, connection and skills while being fun and easy to follow.
